We will also set you up in the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) system so you can take full advantage of the no cost, one-on-one business advising services offered by our center.

Diamonds, Denim and Hope

Project Horse Empowerment Center proudly marks its 10-year anniversary with a gala fundraiser on Saturday October 20, 2018 from 5PM to 10PM. The gala, with a diamonds and denim theme, offers an opportunity for key stakeholders, volunteers and supporters to celebrate a decade of service and accomplishment, while raising mission-critical funds for the Loudoun-based nonprofit. Gala attendees will enjoy live music, delicious wines by Sunset Hills Vineyard and a fabulous dinner by A Taste of New York Catering. The list of wonderful silent auction items continues to grow, and includes a private cooking class with dinner by James Beard award-winning Chef Dinah Corley, and an overnight stay and trail ride for two by Marriott Ranch. Loudoun County Fall Farm Tour

Loudoun County Fall Farm Tour October 20 and 21, 2018 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Spend a weekend in the country visiting Loudoun County farms. The twice-annual Loudoun Farm Tours attract thousands of visitors from across the country to the beautiful Loudoun Valleys, with views of the Blue Ridge and Short Hill mountains all just minutes west of Washington-Dulles International Airport. Visitors can enjoy free, self-guided driving tours to participating farms and craft beverage venues during these county-sponsored events. The Spring Farm Tour, which serves as an introduction to Loudoun’s growing season, is held annually the third weekend in May. The Fall Farm Tour showcases the colors, people and products of the Loudoun Valleys and is held the third weekend in October. The tours draw more than 9,000 visitors to Loudoun County and serve as a teaching mechanism to inform consumers of what products are grown and available locally.

Doing Business with the County Loudoun County Procurement Division’s 2018 Buyer/Seller Information Exchange Sessions Learn how to do business with Loudoun County! All local area vendors are invited to attend the Loudoun County Procurement Division’s 2018 Buyer/Seller Information Exchange sessions. The purpose of these sessions is to provide information on the county’s procurement processes and upcoming contracts. Each presentation will conclude with the opportunity to address vendor questions and concerns and to meet the county’s procurement staff. Session Location The Buyer/Seller Information Exchange Sessions are held in the Procurement Conference Room on the 4th floor of the Loudoun County Government Center located at 1 Harrison Street S.E. in Leesburg. Northern Virginia Take Steps Walk for Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation
